"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. There was no hot water available until I asked them about it. Overall stay was good but I felt pretty cold in the night"

"Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. "

"The building looks lovely and the grounds are beautiful BUT the room wasn’t great , the bathroom had an old shower curtain and the shower was above the bath. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small and dark. it was my birthday and there was no mention of this even though my husband had given advanced information. "Excellent stay, the best we had in Sri Lanka! Beautiful, modern, and well thought out villa, with tons of space. Wonderfully modern bathroom on top. Great view over the tea plantations. Staff are so friendly, brought us dinner from a restaurant and then a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!"
