"We had a great time. The short proximity to the beach, hotel restaurant, and parking was extremely convenient. However, grocery stores, and pharmacies, are rather far, roughly 14 minutes away by car. Goody bags are even given to dog-owners at check-in, including little poop- bags, little rubber plates, and even a blanket. Lastly, what really impressed us was the cleanliness and comfort of the entire room, as well as the service. The staff, especially the front-desk, was readily available to assist with any issues. It was a great experience. I highly recommend. "

"It's a very lovely resort and wish my family had spent more time there. It's a great place to see the sunrise from. I would highly recommend doing the valet parking. Love the amenities - surprised thing closed early, especially since it's July. Beautiful rooms and spacious. If you're elderly or have any physical disability, it might be a difficult hotel. It's definitely a very spread out campus and requires a lot of walking, even with placement of elevators within individual buildings. .. and I'm not sure how convenient wheelchair ramps would be located. "The Pink Shell is definitely a 5 star resort!! Absolutely ZERO complaints! Free Breakfast that is AMAZING! Free Beach Chairs with Umbrella. Adult only pool area. The staff on the beach taking food and drink orders. You never have to leave your chair! Very clean and well maintained. All staff was very friendly and welcoming! Food at restaurants was delicious!
