"Man… for a Radisson, this hotel really said “let’s set expectations low and then go even lower.” The bed? Felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline with trust issues. Every time I moved, it moved back… aggressively. The pillows? I’ve seen thicker slices of deli meat. Pretty sure they just folded a napkin and called it a day. No complimentary water either. Like come on… it’s literally $7 for a 35-pack at Costco. That’s enough to hydrate half the hotel. You’re charging $100 a night but acting like water is a luxury add-on. Then I made the mistake of reading reviews… apparently bedbugs are part of the “extended stay experience.” After that, sleep was not even an option. I was lying there like I was in a horror movie waiting for something to crawl. And the toilet paper? Single ply. SINGLE. PLY. I’m pretty sure even prisons are like “nah, that’s too harsh.” Honestly, this hotel made me appreciate every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Wish I stayed literally anywhere else, even my car would’ve offered better lumbar support."

"The doorman went above & beyond at greeting us, giving directions & just trying to make sure we were happy! The staff at the little coffee shop were also amazing. He front desk staff were also very helpful making sure everything went smoothly "

"We love staying at the SawRidge Inn! The king size suite is especially lovely and we love the creations lounge and bar! Fantastic price and very nice staff too!😊"

"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because housekeeping had not replenished our towels. 1.5 hours later, I called back down and again asked for the towels. On the morning of check-out, I called the valet and asked for our vehicle to brought to the door in 30 minutes. When we arrived to the door, no vehicle, and they hadn't even started it yet to warm it up. Hotel is clean and modern. Staffing is a major issue. "

"Terrible experience. For the cost of $250, we were very dissatisfied. My family was denied entry to our room until an hour after check in, which made us late for the show we were in town to see. When we returned to our hotel we couldn't find parking within a block of the property. We had to carry our evening supplies across the city streets like vagrants. An $20 motel room would have been more convenient for these simple things. The room was clean and that's about the only good thing I have to say here. Continental breakfast was atrocious and they charged $15 per family member for their stale bagels. Would not recommend."
