Meals are served in a courtyard, where musicians play (sitar, drums, wooden flute) during lunch and dinner; dinner sometimes has a dance performance. The food is very good and you can feel assured of its quality. Just before sunset the staff hosts lessons in kite fighting on the rooftop patio. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. It is an expensive hotel, but delightful. The minute I stepped through the (ornate) doorway I was charmed."
