"I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here"

"Fellow customer chanting from 5.30am in garden. Can not enjoy earthly morning sunrise from your own balcony. Brought it to hotel staffing but they didn’t take care. "No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. "This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very disappointed. Bathroom and bedroom very smells. Hard to sleep on the bed."
