"First room smelled like mold. Came back to the desk and told her. She went into the room and came back out not saying a word to us. Giving us a room on a different floor and didnt even tell us how to get to the room. She was rude to begin with and worse after the room change"

"Room was clean and staff friendly. But the room was old chipped paint and holes on the walls. The trimm and caulk by the tub needs repair. Overall, good experience. We had meetings all the time we were there so it was only to sleep."
