"The hotel is a remarkable building and has a nice athmosphere. The bathroom is a bit dated but the rooms are spacious and well equiped. The staff is great and really friendly."
"We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite.
The decor and ambience is top notch.
We were very pleased with our stay.
They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time.
Thanks for having us. "

"Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel"
"Au début, le ménage n'était pas du tout assuré. Il ne nous fournissait pas d'eau. Nous étions obligés d'acheter de l'eau. En terme de communication, il mettait trop de temps à réagir. L'appartement ne dispose de lave-linge et de petits électroménagers tels que un mixeur. "
