"had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Richard. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate me by arranging a room right away. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On top of that, Richard gave me excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area, which made my stay even better. His great customer service set the tone for a fantastic visit. Highly recommend!"

"Only a 10 minute walk ftom the old town. A lovely atmosphere and delicious food in the restaurant. Welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were lovely and the beds extremely comfortable - there was even a complimentary mini bar."

"Nice comfortable hotel . All the amenities a tourist needs. Bratislava was one of the more memorable cities that the family enjoyed. Staff were friendly . Rooms and facility were clean. Unnecessary parking fee for the car when they have their own garage. "

"It felt safer having to use a room key card for elevator to your room. Loved the location. Wish they had USB charging in the room but you could get adapter at front desk. I will stay there on my next visit."

"The location is fantastic. There are shops and cafés nearby. It is also a short walk away from the historic centre. The beds were comfortable. Just one minor negative point: The doors might need to be fitted a bit better. The doors make a lot of noise when being closed. But other than that, the hostel is a great place to stay. The staff are kind and friendly. There's also a really nice atmosphere in the hostel. "
