"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel and I appreciated it even more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a rare example of an updated and carefully decorated building built on its 1912 skeleton. Some of the original tiled mosaic is still preserved and the theme is a nostalgic art deco style beautifully executed. It is very conveniently located within easy walk to all the sites and the center with several choices of restaurants along the way. "

"The Hotel was esthetically beautiful. Felt like I was in a movie. The staff was super helpful. The hotel is so walkable to all of the great sight seeing, shopping and restaurants. Most affordable food is in the Palladium shopping center. Restaurants around the hotel was very expensive once converted into CAD$."

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its fantastic location. "The 2 women checking us in were phenomenal. Very polite and informative and efficient. We were hoping to drop our bags and walk around a bit until check-in. But instead we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, that was absolutely fantastic. We were able to take a short nap after being up for 22+ hours, and then go sightseeing and dinner. The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Can't wait till we come back. Loved the location."
