"An absolutely amazing hotel. From check in with cold towels and welcome drinks to the time we checked out there was nothing we could fault. "Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****"

"Would have rated 4.5 if possible. This is a lovely hotel and certainly deserves its 5-star rating. Facilities were vast and of a high quality. We were a family of 6 staying all-inclusive. It included all meals and unlimited drinks and ice cream (other snacks were limited). Food quality was ok not amazing. Standard buffets were substantial in range if not quality. The Japanese a la carte was good although Acai restaurant for dinner wasnt great with very slow service. Some felvioujs cocktails...

"Tres bon sejour.Personnel tres sympathique. Notre chambre etait au RDC et n'avait pas de vue je n'ai pas trop aime le fait de me sentir enfermer heureusement nous avions des soins et les transats sont biens agréables. La piscine est aussi trop petite impossible de faire des longueur. Les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Merci a Maria pour les graines de Grenade un vrai régal. Je reviendrai mais demanderai une autre chambre ."
