"The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. We did have issues with the servers at the bar and restaurant. The service was slow, and it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. That being said, the flatbread pizza was great and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop bar views are lovely. We would stay there again."

"The staff were excellent- they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Management needs to do something about the elevator issues - our last 2 days, only 1 elevator worked, but often taking us to the wrong floor- very frustrating at times. Overall, a great place to stay."

"First night was horrible. I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1 bed with a foldable bed for my mother in law who’s is 95! Then, the air conditioning would not go off so they put a blanket over it for the night. Then we talked to Asia the next morning and she made everything right with a room with 2 beds a view of DC and complimentary breakfast for the rest of the days we were there. Thanks a lot for the help, really appreciate it."

"It was extremely clean, well maintained. My room was expansive and impressively spacious! I felt safe the entire time. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was good. There's a Denny's literally right across the street, so I will never complain about the Quality Inn's breakfast. As a matter of fact, this lodging facility's location is PERFECTLY situated... Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, 7-11, many restaurants and the DC line are all embarrassingly close! Lastly, the STAFF is the best part of this...

"The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was roomy and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of selections. Coffee was delicious. The coffee maker uses fresh coffee beans. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Some IAD “night before” hotels are really awful. This one isn’t and the service is adequate. It ain’t the Ritz but you’re there for 12 hours. Restaurant is decent and room was clean."
