"Nice little motel near the cruise ports which is its main reason we stayed there. The hotel staff are very very helpful and accomadating. They will let you into the room earlier if the roomed has been clearned and avaiable which is nice. There are only stairs and 2 floors no elevator like a motel. Basic but very nice and clean rooms. "The property is in a great location for a fun stay in downtown Long Beach. You can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and other venues. The rooftop pool is very nice. The only downside was you do have to self-park in a nearby parking structure and walk back to the hotel."

There was no microwave in the room or coffee maker. Did come with 2 free bottles of water. There was only 1 wash cloth upon arrival. I had to ask for more at the front desk for my husband and I. Bartender was rude and drinks were overpriced for the quality. Staff was closing the outdoor area early despite customers still being on...
