"We arrived at the propery around 11am. They told us where we could store our luggage while we walked around. We put our luggage where they told us, right by the front door. They didn't put our names on them or secure them in any way. On this trip so far we've been to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, and Germany and our bags were always tagged and locked away. After touring the property we arrived back at the front desk (12pm) and asked for our luggage to put our towel away. They suddenly had no idea...

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. "This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...
