Balcony was not cleaned before we arrived, a few roaches (spent joints, not insects) and a bell (odd, like from a Christmas decoration). "The Cow Hollow Inn recently renovated and the rooms look great! I stay here whenever visiting family in San Francisco. They have good rates, free parking, and are located in a wonderful area of the city. It can be a little loud since it is off of a major street, but that is the same all over the city. I highly recommend it!"
