"Easy travel connections and within walking distance of city centre. Love the character and style. Staff could not be more helpful. Good selection at breakfast and fabulous food in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again."

"Excellent staff helped with luggage, easy check in. AC worked well. Clean room. Towels changed daily. Around bef a little tight space. Some rumble from trams but earplugs worked. VERY handy to old town. Small shop on close corner. Undergoing further building extensions but not intrusive."

"Laura, our host was amazing. She welcomed us and made us comfortable right at the arrival (it was much sooner than was planned). There was a great communication between us. She was also very helpful with all concerns we had. We wouldn’t enjoy our stay as much without her assistance. Apartment has excellent location, is very clean and homie."

It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. "My third time choosing this wonderful hotel. From the moment you arrive the design choices and furniture coney welcome and relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms have that Nordic vibe reflected throughout the entire property. Location is perfect with easy walk / stroll to old town. One of my favourite hotels anywhere on the globe."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es kein Buffet, sondern eine vorgegebene Auswahl von Gerichten (z. B. Rührei, Egg Benedict, Bagel mit Frischkäse etc), dazu Brot, Butter und Marmelade, Getränke nach Wunsch. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr laut, da in der Umgebung viele Kneipen und Lokale sind und auch die Straßen stark befahren waren. Schön: direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Metrostation (M 2), und die Weichsel ist nur 100 m entfernt....

"Lovely view of beautiful street. Right by bus station. The bed and pillows as so comfy I could stayed there instead of exploring the city. **one thing of note- the toilet was swuished between the shower and sink. I was leaning under the sink a bit and was touching it at all times. If you are larger just be aware. "

"Breakfast was very basic, lift kept breaking down and we were on yhe 5th floor and my husband is disabled. We were relocated to the 1st floor but downgraded with no air con, no wardrobe and a shoebox of a room. Still waiting for a partial refund for the downgrading. Avoid at all costs"
