"We stayed here for 6 days and I honestly have not one negative thing to say. The staff were AMAZING! From the second we walked in to the second we left, the staff were accommodating and did anything they could to make us comfortable and ensure we were happy. The food service staff were complete gems. Housekeeping were phenomenal. Our room was a very nice size and that is always important to me. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, leider haben wir Letze Abend das entdeckt, wenn wir gewusst hätte das essen im Izmir sehr schlecht ist, hätten wir nur im Hotel essen wollen. auf jedenfalls werden wir...

"The hotel is located in the heart of Izmir and it is well-connected. The staff was so friendly. We booked the deluxe room, it was so spacious and clean. We easily found parking for our car. We definitely will come back "

"Good location and interior. Especially impressed with the shower with new and clean marble. Room equipped with items that is practical, useful and good quality. Not many hotels provide so many items anymore and most of them just put a notice to call house keeping if we need anything of which is discouraging guest to request due to the trouble. Only slacking is housekeeping which mainly only do up the bed and not cleaning the basin well or replaced item which was used."
