"The hotel is kind of new, very nice staff, love the breakfast, pool looked nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and nice. All The attention from Jada the front desk attendant was amazing and she took great care of us and the dogs. We called ahead and asked if we could do an early check in and when we walked in, our room was ready. Will go back."

"We stay here often for concerts. Always clean and the staff is always amazing. Price has gone up a lot and disappointed that ESA animals are no longer allowed free of charge."

"Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff"

"Double bed room was oversold. Breakfast started at 7, which was after time we had to leave, so never got to enjoy. The room didn’t appear to be very clean."

"Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up...

"Nice and clean. There were some issues in my room with a broken blind cord and coffee machine not working but as I was here for a night only this wasn’t too much of a drawback. Staff member was very reserved."

"Very nice place to stay. I did not like that you have to pay for parking."

"Overall, our stay was okay, and we had no major complaints aside from an issue with the room keys. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, but our key cards were deactivated around 10:30 AM before we had a chance to retrieve all our belongings. This was inconvenient and could have been handled better. Hopefully, management can address this issue to improve the experience for future guests."

"The property was well maintained. Service at the Bistro was excellent. Taylor at check in was very friendly. We were unable to get all the channels on the tv through observation in another guest's room."

"Clean room"

"Good for the price but loud environment at night since they have a party place and on weekends it last until 12pm."

"Surprised how clean it was and that the bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect"

"When we arrived at the hotel, it was around 5 pm, I had to wait at the front desk if someone can come to check me in. Then without any rush and not any smile, the front desk manager came to check me in. She didn't say "hello" or "welcome" etc. which wasn't nice. Then she explained the rules, the rest service from her was normal. The floor at the first floor and elevators was dirty, so when you walk - you make sound. The room was clean and normal. The bathroom had mold. The breakfast was...
