"Rooms are dated with old furniture, old appliances. Old carpet. Noise level high. None of staff in uniform, didn't appear to be a franchise run property, though it falls under Wyndham. You can get a much better place with just a few additional $."

"The room, the beds and beddings were very clean and comfortable. The environment was very clean and quiet. Parking was very adequate. In the dinning room, food was good but sometimes it's only one person serving too many people. Needs to be looked into. The staff generally courteous."

"I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms for added convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would stay here again."

I overheard a staff member telling another customer that they were sold out, and because we were pressed for time we decided to keep the incorrect room that we were given. "The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"Old, scratched, and in places broken furniture; a thick layer of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan; uncleaned hair on the floor left by previous guests; dried spit on the wall and neighbors jumping around on the floor upstairs. Guys, you have grossly overestimated the nightly rate for your rooms."

"Everything was great, although one of the ladies during the breakfast tried to make us pay when breakfast was actually included. We needed up not paying but she kept insisting that we had to."

"The room was fine. But checking in was somewhat of a problem. Not sure what the reason was but the key card could not open the room. We got in very late that night and had to back to the front desk twice to let her know the card didn't allow us to enter the room. So finally she had to come up and use the master key to let us in. I guess it happens."
