Hotel berdekatan Kompleks Rekreasi Southside

"All is ok"

"Next time I am needing motel in Lake City, will plan to stay at this location."

"Rooms were almost spotless, staff was only one older woman by herself with a mobility scooter... She did the best she could. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, great location. Exterior was moderate, slightly worn down but not bad! Parking lot was clean also. Only problem I had was I found a german or asian roach crawling on my daughter's food late at night. But, that was the only one. Could overall use some TLC, but not bad at all from r what you're paying!!"

"Conveniently located"

"I will not say anything negative, as there is nothing to say. However, I will not sing any praises either. It was a bargain, it served its purpose, I felt safe and was comfortable. Nothing more or less. I if on a tight budget, then yes I recommend. If have an extra fee bucks, if suggest looking at a different option. Either way, mid-ground is never a bad thing."

"Very clean! Comfy beds!"

"Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Long walk from parking lot to back side of building where our room was."

"The staff was very friendly checking in and checking out. The room was cleaned and well maintained."

"Clean and quiet!"

"Do not come here if you plan to use the pool or hot tub as it is not maintained and the property manager doesn't care that the water is contaminated! The room was well kept and the bathroom also. The breakfast was so so and edible but nothing with this location is worth considering coming back to!"

"The room was clean and the A/C was nice and cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful."
