"This is a review of my stay at Dormy Inn Seoul Gangnam. The most disappointing part of my stay was the early check-in policy. I arrived around 9:00 AM, and I was told that I would be charged 20,000 KRW per hour until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. In the end, I had to pay an additional 120,000 KRW, which felt completely unreasonable. I understand that early check-in may come with an extra charge, but the hourly rate system was not clearly explained in advance, and the cost felt excessive. After a long trip, being put in a situation where I had no real choice but to pay was very frustrating. While the room and facilities were decent, this policy significantly impacted my overall experience. I would think twice before staying here again."

"The property and staff were excellent. The breakfast was extremely good except for the number of people on the weekend. Try to avoid a weekend if at all possible. The electrical outlets have a very loose connection and the power supply kept falling out. Otherwise the room was very nice. The hotel is in a great location away from the busy downtown."

"Great location and easy access to the CoEx mall. Convenient store in the basement level was excellent to purchase drinks and snacks. Wish we discovered the annex to all the dining options on our first day. But we had to chance to explore and see what CoEx had to offer. Thank you to the staff for calling the taxi for us. "The room we stayed at was so nice! The staff was nice and I liked that there’s a 7-Eleven connected to our hotel. The amenities are nice to use. The hotel looked modern and nice. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is just about 12 minute walk to the station so it’s convenient "

"Breakfast buffet was great, a wider variety of food to select from. Room was generally clean and nice. Staff at the front desk were helpful in asking our questions. Definitely would love to stay here again!"

"Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel."
