"Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can."

"No soap in the bathroom. Called the front desk, and they told us they don't provide soap and asked us to use body wash as hand soap instead."

"Very nice place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were, too. Aside from the usual things you can't tend to control at hotels, like kid's noise, heavy steppers on upper floors, and running water from nearby rooms, this hotel is a great stay"

"Staff was great! Room was clean, I requested a crib and it wasn’t just a pack and play, they provided a much better crib and more comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable as well. Mathew is the front desk was very attentive too. Would definitely stay here again."

"Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean."

"The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again."

"Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between."
