The hospitality was impeccable, and the thoughtful welcome drinks were a lovely touch rarely experienced in Japan hotels. The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. A truly wonderful stay that exceeded expectations — we look forward to returning again."

"The hotel is in a very convenient location, only a few minutes from the station, with a Lawson store right next to it and a supermarket nearby. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious. All the staff are nice and accommodating. They also provide a shuttle service to the station and to the Prince Ski Resort, which is very helpful. Our only comment is that we wish they could improve their breakfast service with better food options and presentation. Overall, it’s good value for money. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again."

"Great location. Right next to the Karuizawa station, outlet and snowfields. Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields. Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental. Spacious room. Great for families."
