90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"The rooms are spacious. Bed and linens are comfortable and clean. Food options are everywhere around you. Either by visiting mama shelter restaurant or simply walking out in Knez Milosa Street.
