My experience on the whole was quite enjoyable. The staff were polite and well-informed, with particular commendation to Bratati at the reception, who answered all my queries exceptionally well. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast menu; it was wonderful. The dinner, on the other hand, was satisfactory but not outstanding. Thank you for providing a delightful experience.

Housekeeping was special

Best part of the stay was housekeeping staff and their service. Special shout out to Ashok. He took such good care of us during our 8-night stay. Some folks at Front desk weren’t polite.

Stayed for 4 nights April 2025. Like: Very nice and welcoming lobby, Great staff. Ready to accomodate guest's needs with a smile. Restaurant caters to a variety of tastes. Housekeeping keeps room and bed clean. Fresh sheets and towel only if you need. Eco friendly operations. Staff checks rooms which have do not disturb light on twice a day if they need to be cleaned (housekeeping light on) Dislike: Location on a busy intersection makes road facing rooms noisy, even with heavy curtains pulled. Elevator needs to be checked and updated. Keys to reach rooms frequently stop working. I was asked to push and pull slowly. This worked at times. It should be fixed to be user friendly. A few guests expressed thensame opinion. Grout lines in baths (shower area room 442) to be redone to make it look cleaner. AC controls to be updated quite confusing.
