We returned approx 5pm and our room was not cleaned; ok we don't care about the bed and we're clean people anyway but our wet towels were still i the bath tub. We reported it, no clean towels...great thing is, the pool provides towels so we just took a bunch from their. We get that people gets busy but we reported it at 5pm then again at 9pm...luckily the pool closes at 9. Sure hang things to dry; the BR has 1 hanger so when you add swim...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

"The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. "Front desk was kind, helpful, and on top of things. Easy and free early 4:30AM airport shuttle was extra helpful. Room was spacious and clean."

"The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own.
