"I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Taj West End. It is a splendid heritage hotel set in quiet beautiful gardens. It is well located in the centre of Bengalaru. The rooms are very well appointed, and the staff are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening refreshments provided in the Taj Club Lounge. "I stayed here for one week in December, through Christmas. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Same for the bathroom. I would say it was very good value. I didn't expect it to be a luxury hotel. It held up to my needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it’s ok. There was always someone around that did.
I did not use the restaurant. Mostly because I was busy exploring the city."
