"Overall it was a pleasant stay. The carpet looked like the vacuum did not go over some areas as there was noticeable crumbs/dirt in one area but otherwise very clean. All hotels should get their pillows wherever Holiday Inn Express&Suites gets theirs. These were flat and lumpy. It is also so much better to have a dispenser with liquid soap at bathroom sink v bar soap. Always enjoy when they give you bottled water, they did not, was not recognized as Hilton Member.
