"The room this time around was not very clean the bed sheets had dried up snot on them then the curtains had i have no idea what behind them looked like blood ? I always do a bed bug matress check and i wish i had not looked the matress needs a rely good cleaning that probly wont clean it ."

The heaters were turned off in the room when we checked in and it took 2 hours to reach room temperature. The lighting in the room was horrible bright white LED. Very hard on the eyes and made it impossible to relax. "
