"I called and asked for a first floor room. I was asked what view I wanted and told them. The room I received had a view of the pool furniture storage area with a tent blocking the view out our window, not what I ask for. The check-in staff were efficient. The property is well maintained but is showing its age. The hallways and rooms were dark. The breakfast was varied and tasty."
"We stayed at this hotel when we eloped to Moab. It’s been renovated beautifully, the room was spacious, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant, very close to shops and restaurants, all walkable. Then a short drive to Arches National Park and others. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, so can’t comment on those but everything else was good and I’d recommend it."
"Hotel is run down and dated, does not look well kept, lots of old plastic to hold flyers, almost dead house plant on the wall, old skanky plastic plants on the wall, bottom of tub looks hand painted and chipped, front area of hotel looks run down like no body has every tried to groom the few plants inside of gravel, continental breakfast had good hot coffee and fresh milk for cereal, all carbohydrates and sugar, no protein, nothing to offer folks with lactose or gluten issues. Won't be staying here again."
"The staff and the property manager (Jared) provided stellar customer service. They made the entire stay completely lovely. We will stay again! Thank you Jared and staff!"
"Wolfe’s Hotel was a great stopping point for us as we’d been camping and needed to regroup before moving on. The decor is thoughtful with colors and styles that reflect the Moab landscape. It is very clean and has 24 hour staff available at the front desk. The bed is luxurious and very comfortable. Parking is easy and plentiful.
Two things that I would note that were difficult for us: the lighting is very low all over the hotel and their restaurant has absolutely no vegetarian options and cannot be adapted to accommodate a vegetarian. We were exhausted when we arrived and it would have been nice to eat dinner in the hotel and not have to go elsewhere. However when we asked about the menu salad or a cheese board was the option."
