Staff were lovely. We had a family room and it done the trick. Old place and relatively clean. Pool was nice not deep but long enough to do some laps and the spa was so hot so takes a little bit to get into. You also have to book the spa so if you want to use it remember that. Friendly and helpful, let us in as soon as she could. Clean and quiet because at the end of a cul de sac yet convenient for going places. The hob took some working out how to use! The bathroom and shower door arrangement tight!
