Good bed and location

Very comfortable and a great location. Climbing 3 flights of stairs might be tough for some people. Not sure what other rooms farther down are available. The walls are a popcorn type finish so old dirt is evident. Not sure if they can really clean the walls.completely. Average place to stay but the bed was super comfortable so i highly recommended this hotel for those who want a nice bed.

Clean budget in the center

Small hotel a bit hidden on the second floor above a restaurant. Clean & rel. spacious rooms. Rooms on the back (towards the "garden") have balcony and are much more quiet. The garden is a moskiito filled backyard and the sight is only to the roof of another building - so you can't really use the balcony for the moskiitos. But it is the more quiet side of the building. Very centrally located only about 3 minutes walk to Centara grand hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants directly in front of the hotel. Only a short stroll to the beach. Steep stairs so nothing for people who need an elevator. Nice owner, nice staff. Only negative thing was housekeeping who kind of "cleaned" the cupboard inside and took away my personal mineral water and some empty bags for whatever reason. Unspectacular basic hotel but with a very good value for money ratio.

Hotellet helt ok . Ett minus var att vi beställde hjälp med väskorna i ’väskhissen’ från 3:e våning när vi skulle checka ut men ingen behagade dyka upp. De lovade oxå 10% i restaurangen bredvid enligt broschyren på rummet men de funkade inte heller.

Der erste Eindruck war nicht der Beste, aber ich habe mich dann hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Kompetentes, etwas freches (genau wie ich es mag) Personal. Die Treppe (Stiege) gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit dem Zimmer war ich sehr zufrieden - ruhig, sauber und groß. Ich komme gerne wieder um hier zu wohnen.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit Hostel-Charme. Die Zimmer sind sporadisch eingerichtet, reichen aber vollkommen aus. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es definitiv wieder buchen. Kleiner Tipp, auch wenn man nicht im dem Hotel übernachtet: das Restaurant (La Bastide) nebenan - hat eine wahnsinnig gute Küche. Egal ob Frühstück/Mittag/Abendessen - es war wahnsinnig lecker!!!

On a choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement et on ne l'a pas du tout regretté : excellent rapport qualité prix!! Proche de la plage (2mn à pied) et de toutes commodités (restaurant, vie animée, massages, magasins) La Chambre est juste top: propre, bien decoree et spacieuse (les enfants et nous étions plus que ravis). Excellente connexion wifi ! 2 douches (eau chaude et excellent débit d'eau), une kitchenette avec micro onde ... Que de bonnes surprises Le personnel : Accueil très souriant avec un patron qui est qqn de simple, accessible et tellement généreux en bons conseils! Nous n'avons cessé de le remercier pour cela ! 'Fabrice svp ne change rien'. Hôtel chaleureux Bref nous le recommandons aussi bien aux familles qu'aux personnes entre amis ou en couple voire seules Ici on parle français, anglais. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçus

it's more of a hostel then a hotel. very basic...

first of all, it's NOT on the beach, and it's not NEAR the beach. it's a walking distance. it's on a main street, which means you'll hear the noise going on from the outside bars etc.there is no elevator, so you'll have to walk up and down 2 floors each time. the staff wasn't very nice. every time we requested something from the reception they made a face at us. where is the famous Thai welcome...? it's near the Jewish center, if you are looking for that, but it not....skip this hotel and find a better one in a better location. Chaweng beach is not that great..try the other side of the island

Great hotel for the money, tough to beat. It is older building but is clean and well maintained. Close to everything. The staff is amazing and this is what sets this hotel apart from others. I had a couple of minor issues with my room and they were handled quickly and beyond what I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We hadden een super schoon, ruim appartement. Elke dag werd het appartement schoongemaakt en werden de handdoeken gewisseld. Bij langer verblijf is een strandbaklaken te leen, bij kort verblijf voor een paar cent te huur. Dichtbij het strand en tussen restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Het restaurant bij de ingang van het hotel is goed, ook een heerlijk ontbijt. Gasten van het hotel krijgen 10% korting.

部屋の中は清潔に保たれていてスタッフも親切に色々と教えてくれます。チャウエンのナイトクラブまでは徒歩20分程度かかるので帰路はタクシーが無難です。ホテルの裏にすぐビーチがあり、周辺にフードコートやマッサージもあるためのんびり過ごしたい方にはオススメです。

Billigt men du får vad du betalar för

Rummen var mörka och sängen jättehård så vi hade ont varje morgon vi vaknade. Vi betalade lite extra för att få ett rum med balkong mot trädgården. Det visade sig sen att trädgården var en byggarbetsplats. De började bygga 7 på morgonen så då kunde man inte fortsätta sova i allt oväsen. Personalen var dock väldigt trevlig, så det är ett plus. Men vi skulle aldrig bo här igen och tyckte det var tur att vi bara hade bokat två nätter.

The staff and management were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had inconsiderate neighbours, who were extremely loud and noisy every night until about 4am after returning from partying, no sleep. Management switched us to a different room, when we complained.

Chambre très grande et propre. Le lit est vraiment trop dur. La chambre du côté de la rue est trop bruyante pendant 24 heures par jour. L’air climatisé est situé à 1.5 mètre du lit alors inconfortable
