"The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Easy access to the rooms through multiple exit/entrances. The on site “grocery” is cheaper than most hotels. The rooms are quiet and clean . The only concern is more towels in the rooms as we had 2 adults and a toddler and only had qty 2 of each towel."

"Everything was great! Is the hotel and food actually five stars? No probably not but definitely way above average. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are very VERY comfortable (I have a terrible back and struggle in hotels typically but not here). There was a microwave and fridge in the room which is a huge plus considering I have children especially one that only eats EZ Mac and popcorn LOL. I will say though, it's the staff that makes it. They are absolutely incredible and they are 100% five star material if not a thousand star material! Everyone I interacted with or spoke to on the phone was amazing but I have to give a huge shout out to Tiequanna. I visited this same hotel last year and she was also there for that weekend. This is a woman that any company would be honored to have as an asset. She is kind, empathetic, charismatic, and accommodating in ways that you don't even understand or realize. She is a rare gem in the rough of the world . When I walked in the doors this time, I immediately remembered her. In fact, I had hoped she'd be there! Even cooler, she remembered me from last year!! Please don't let this one go. Please promote her. Please keep her customer facing because she is an incredible human being with so much love and care and SINCERE hospitality. Coming from somebody who was a sales manager for 15 plus years I would have hired a thousand of her so treat her right! By the way, even all of your support staff were amazing. ❤️"

"Very clean, everyone on staff were kind and helpful, bartenders, the front desk workers and cleaning crew, all were nice people. Room was clean and the bar was nice to go to the evening for cold drinks and good wings."
