Beautiful rural hotel with a lovely view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great onsen. Sadly did not try the dinner (apparently all you can eat crab legs!!) Enjoyable visit. Thank you!

Beautiful facility. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. Quiet location perfect for a little getaway from the city. About a 4 minute cab ride from the station. Onsen is tattoo friendly for foreigners. 10/10

近隣にある系列ホテルの温泉に無料で入れて送迎もしてくれるサービスは非常に良い。ホテルの設備は価格相応といった印象。喫煙室の臭いが漏れてるのかちょっと通路がタバコ臭かった。ワイナリーが徒歩圏内なので、車なしで行けて試飲できるのが嬉しかった。

ビューグループのホテルがここを含め３軒あって、無料送迎車で湯めぐりが出来る♨️温泉はどこも良く露天もあって気持ち良かったです。 周りには特に何もないです。

家族旅行で利用。　とても清潔感のあるお部屋でした。　露天風呂も良かったです。　 少し残念なのは、浴衣が少し古かったです。　 あと女湯の体重計が壊れていて、いつもの体重にプラス４キロされていて泣きました。

ワインを買って持ち込んだのですが、コルク抜きがなくて困ってフロントに電話したらフロントで貸してくれて開けてくれました。ワイングラスも貸して頂きとても優しかったです。露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。館内は少し古いように感じました。廊下が少しタバコの匂いしたのが気になりました。
