"Das Hotel war optisch schön und die Zimmer waren sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Leider war der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend. Kinderfreundlich war die Anlage eigentlich nur wegen der Rutschen. Das Personal wirkte besonders beim Frühstück genervt von Kindern und nicht wirklich freundlich oder motiviert. ..."

"We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry."
