Great property and great room. Provided an upgraded room. But the trails are not accessible and available. Staff was poor… front staff tried to overcharge and did not offer an apology when the mistake was pointed out.

The property was quiet and bathrooms were good. Staff - Ramji, Rahine and Muthukumaran (all restaurant staff) were particularly good in service and courtesy. Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average. Overall, too pricey for the quality of stay.

Awesome stay with MOM in KODAI.

We enjoyed the stay with our 86year old mother.The staff were very helpful and especially Prabhu,Abhijit and Syed.We enjoyed the adventure hike with Syed as he explained thr flora and fauna of the surroundings,

Resort in quiet location, with amazing view.

This hotel is located in a quiet hill side in Kodaikanal. A little difficult to find at night time, look for signs! The rooms are spacious, very nice and fantastic view. The access to the cottages is steep, but they offer a ride if you want. The food in the restaurant is good and taste as good as it looks.

On top of the hills, great view!

It’s a lovely place with nice views and good amenities. My daughter loved the complimentary horse rides. Quite a tough walk up and down but can’t complain as it’s kodaikanal. This could be the reason for slightly slow room service at times. I’m sure the staff will be dead tired climbing uphill so many times a day. The road to the hotel is not proper, mostly dirt road. So you need a good vehicle (and a good stomach to withstand the bumpy ride) to access the hotel. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Makes you feel like you are on top of the hills.

Very pleasant stay

Booked it for my parent's wedding anniversary and they enjoyed the stay thoroughly. They went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience (candle light dinner with cake). Highly recommend.

Positive: Amazing Hill-Top Mornings...Helpful Staff. A great escape! Negative: Young Hotel. Requires help but has potential. If hotel is not busy, please Do Not Eat there! Food Poisoning. We visited off season and got sick! Book your own sight seeing tours.

Excellent Hotel to selct and stay

we stayed in this property for 3 days for a leisure trip, the location of the hotel is very nice in a high altitude, with a small water falls near by which makes us feel we are staying in a forest resort. The staffs are so nice, helping and dedicated. during our stay due to some technical issues we don't get hot water, the same was rectified shortly with more priority and the staffs conformed us about whether we are comfort staying in the room or need to change the room. The restaurant is very good with quality foods. they are serving different varieties of food with good taste. Its better to select room choice with Breakfast and dinner option as if someone feels to dine outside they have to travel at least 6 kms, even then no good restaurants nearby. Totally a good stay and we enjoyed.
