"The stay was acceptable, but the breakfast (paid extra) was very disappointing and below acceptable standards. Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food.
When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate.
Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."
