For a hostel stay, this was the nicest I've ever stayed in. Everything was clean. Meals were good. They have shared and private rooms. Shower rooms and laundry shared were also clean. Owners are super nice. Guy singing in the morning has talent. I highly recommend this place

Although it is far from JR Kochi St, this inconvenient will pay off for really friendly atmosphere, nice Japanese style breakfast, and different taste of curry dinner everyday. I highly recommend this place because you can enjyoy having time with international guests, solo travelers, and ,of cource!, friendly staffs.

Location is a bit far from the central station but extremely easy to reach using the local tram cars. Beds are simple, clean, and comfortable. Laundry machines are available and cheaper than at other places I've stayed. Free breakfast and dinner are a nice perk. Staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English as well. This was a very nice experience and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to return to Kochi.

The guesthouse is near the Jr Station and supermarket. Besides, their breakfast is good enough for me and the free curry dinner is yummy, too.Their team is young and helpful. But the 4-person room without windows looks so tiny that I would not like to stay inside.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The included food was good. Nice social vibe to meet others. Be prepared for a rather noisy stay from the trolley and traffic. In the Annex, the walls are thin between rooms. The bathroom door needs oil to eliminate the annoying squeek. Cold toliets. Over priced for what was offered.

It's the best choice for those who want to find low cost and safe accommodation near the city center of Kochi. There are a convenience store and a local super market within walking distance. The manager is friendly and knows Kochi well. I'm sure he could help you with the travel info you need.

The proprietor Taro-san was very kind and understanding, as well as his partner. However, the rooms were exceedingly hot, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, the laundry machine (particularly the drier) wasn't working properly, and the overall experience was lacking. The proximity to transit and the nearby convenience store was amazing, and the proprietor was fine, but the facilities left a gap in the experience that couldn't be mended.

This was my first time in this Kochi, accidentally something happened. I’m really unfamiliar with city, and no place to stay. But they are totally unfriendly, and they did not want to help at all. This really gave me a very bad experience and feeling about this city and people. I like Japan, but very disappointed to this place.

とにかく男スタッフの態度がデカい。『ウチはこのスタンスでやらしてもらってます』的な感じは別に構わないと思うけど、それと態度がデカいのはちょっと違う。そもそも接客態度とは程遠い。高知では通用するのか知らないが他府県では話にならない。シェアハウスでベッド一台だけで一室に5〜6人も相部屋させてるのに一泊8,000円以上ってバカか。

よさこい祭りのために利用。一万円近くの料金を払ったが、料金に見合わない施設だった。少し離れても良いので、ビジネスホテルなどを探せばよかったと後悔している。隣のいびきがひどく、寝ることができなかった。スタッフが対応して、部屋を変えてくれるなどしてほしいくらいに、いびきがひどかった。
