"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. "Very helpful property manager Anani... he accommodated a request that we made to modify our reservation without any hesitation. The apartment is nice with great views. It was very clean and the furniture is basic. Things to keep in mind... only 1 bathroom, no parking available & it is not a hotel, these are apartments. "
