The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though.

Very happy with the hotel, breakfast was outstanding, such a vast selection to choice from. The location is ideal for travelling beyond Kobe, the Shin- Kobe line is directly below the hotel.

Excellent Hotel! Could be a 5 star! Perfect location with a large grocery store below hotel. The staff are ALL professional and pleasantly welcoming. Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA
Honestly great place to stay. Room was perfect for what we needed and shower was very nice. Also, since it is connected to the station, it is very easy to get around the entire area and is close to some of the best shopping and food.
