What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!

location is the most amazing right smack inside harbor with lots of cafe and resto to choose from. sea breeze when you open the balcony doors. food was equally impressive

Our room overlooked Kobe Port, offering a stunning night view. It was spacious and featured a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a view of the Kobe Port Tower. Despite the aged appearance of the room and hotel facilities, the outstanding service from the staff more than compensated for it. The in-room breakfast was also delightful.

Hotel La Suite Kobe Harborland was just amazing in every way. The room was absolutely enormous and the huge spa was a hit with the kids. The room amenities were probably the best of any hotel I've stayed in. All staff were spectacular and so helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location on Kobe harbour - all rooms have views of the water and Kobe tower and there are numerous food options within walking distance. Our favorite coffee spot in Kobe (Blue Bottle coffee) was an easy walk and the kids loved the Gigo arcade which was almost opposite the hotel. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we will definitely stay here again.

Staff were super friendly. The room was amazing and faced the bay and ferris wheel. I made use of the jacuzzi bath both morning and night. Nothing beat a bath tub soak after a long day of doing touristy things.

Beautiful harbor views from our spacious corner room. Large bathroom with separate room for huge jacuzzi tub with a picture window over the harbor. Included Japanese or American breakfast delivered to the room was very good. An easy walk to two shopping areas and near to the cruise port.

Beautiful location on the harbor. Service was amazing. Very comfortable. A traditional design and gig, which is not our style but loved having a balcony and all the amenities. Breakfast came with it but was in the room and very formal. Not our preference. We declined it on Day Two. Didn’t seem that busy. Was a good value considering how fancy it was.

Totally out of our league. One of those hotels were you stay one night only unless you are rich. Of course everything is perfect here.
