"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. "The customer service was excellent. After I checked I to my room. The bathtub was still dirty. I asked the staff to clean it up and they cleaned in a timely manner. The seal of my toilet broke and I asked the service desk to fix that also. Took about 3 hours and they fixed it while I was out. The hotel also provided shuttle services to popular tourist spots on the island."
