"Overall the hotel was very nice, clean, within walking distance to the port and to the city center. The restaurant was very nice. We had the breakfast there one day and it was a standard, nice hotel buffet. I suggest eating at one of the local restaurants around the lion fountain…it’s more traditional, more delicious cuisine, and a larger meal for the same price. We had dinner there a couple of nights. The lamb was amazing. Hotel location is close to many dining options and shopping in the city...

"Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. "My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it."
