"We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks. We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room....

"Good: It was clean, the room was nice, and it’s in a nice area. When we asked for towels, we got them. Bad: The staff needs a service elevator. Multiple times we couldn’t use the elevator because the staff was using it for large laundry carts. The door would open and they would actually wave us off. So we would have to stand and wait a while for it to come back around. Also, one day the staff didn’t show to open breakfast so there was none. "

"Perfect location. Right next to the ski lift. Also very easy to get around all parts of central aspen by foot. Rooftop pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. There is a beautiful jogging route right next to the hotel called the East Aspen Trail, which takes you through beautiful aspen trees, most easy to appreciate after the winter time. Most importantly for me, they were pet friendly."
