"Friendly welcoming staff , helpful with organising taxis for us to get to festival on arrival. Clean room spacious and breakfast was lovely . Recommend a stay here . Superb location , near Waterford greenway for joke hire / nice walls "

"It was a fine place to stay for the night. It is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Only issue was it was very hot and as with most places, there is no air conditioning. They did give us a fan, so it was not too bad, and certainly not their fault. Would definitely recommend and would stay again, if in the area"

"Wonderful staff, very helpful, clean room, superb and sumptuous breakfast, onsite parking, very fast internet. Unfortunately, with an ambient temperature of less than 14 Deg C in the area, and as there was no central heating or availability of a space room heater, the whole night was very cold for us and ended up with a sore throat, despite two layers of blanket over the quilt. It may be normal for locals, but for visitors from warmer part of the world, it`s very uncomfortable."
