"We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 children a family of 4 in one room and an adult in the other, when we arrived there was simply a double bed in each room and we were told it’s expedias fault as they sent the information incorrectly from hotels.com and the hotel said there’s nothing they can do if we wanted more beds there are additional charges."

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "The check process is a bit cumbersome. It is totally electronic with no human intervention. When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was very well done with quite a large selection."
