The family suite was spacious - especially as there were only two of us, but a little disappointed that there was only one toilet - it would better suite a family to have two separate bathrooms. "With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
