"I needed to be close to FSU, so the location was perfect. I didn’t like having to pay an extra $25/day for parking though. As a woman staying alone, it didn’t feel super safe waking through a back alley from the garage. I also had a safety concern because anybody can walk in the hotel and take the elevator to any floor because the elevator doesn’t require a key card to do so. My room wasn’t cleaned, bed not made, shower not cleaned, but the towels were replenished. Also, the AC had to be lowered...

"I had to go to the cart and get cleaning solution and cloth to wipe furniture down as there were finger prints and marks. The cleaning person watched me. Staff was ok I thought there was complimentary breakfast however the lady told me it was a buffet for the team that works there. If guests want breakfast they have to order. I brought two protein bars from convenient shop inside hotel. $4 dollars each. I just sat by the pool in early hours of the morning. I didn’t like my hotel room it...

"Great place to stay 3 minutes from FSU. Clean and modern. We stayed in a king suite and bed was comfortable, sleeper sofa comfortable. Will stay there again."

"The room had no toiletries, no kitchen supplies I paid for a double room they didn’t have. You can smell the smoke in the room the staff isn’t there. They leave a number for you to call. Just stay away not safe"

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go.
