8/10 Good

"We stayed one night. Very convenient to the Ashland Oregon theaters. Good breakfast. My only complaint was that we were in an auxiliary building because of our pet. That was fine but we were on the second floor with no elevator. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have one with heavy suitcases. There are two stairways about 12 feet apart from first to second floor. A small elevator could easily fit between them. Would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations overall. The grounds are very pretty and the room was bright, clean and comfortable. The added resort fee was a bit of a surprise and for me, not value add since we were there for the OSF and didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Decent breakfast for an extra $5."

"This was a lovely place to stay, conveniently close to the freeway but still peaceful. The room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. I could have used a few nicer pillows, but I had my own. I had everything I needed. They served a continental breakfast that was quite simple, but I really loved the fresh mini waffles and the peanut butter to go with them. That made my morning!"

"The front desk staff were very accommodating. I booked the King Suite. I could appreciate the layout of the room. The bed was the only furniture and the no carpeted …way .more sanitary. The rest of the furnature was ok. The room was missing basic items: Place to put luggage like a suitcase stand; kleenex wslll holder with no Kleenex; very limited space in bathroom to set/or hand personal items (used towels, hand towel hook/ring needed, ADA shower needed a hand held shower type head …water doesn’t reach if one sits down, ADA seat brackets loose from the wall, bottom of tub very slippery…suggested anti strips installed, sink faucet cold side leaks at top. If both are turned on together facet handle ms don’t leak. The mounted wall lamp on one side doesn’t work…I changed light bulb from the other lamp that was working. Thank you for making accommodations for a breakfast while the breakfast area was under construction. The back exterior door is broke and doesn’t lock, therefore anyone off the street can walk into the building . I didn’t sleep to well as a solo traveling female that had the suite next to the back exit. I didn’t use the pool as I didn’t trust the water pH ….maintenance job to check nightly. :/ Be flexible!"
