"We loved our stay here on our way to California and then again on our way back. The staff was very accommodating on our second stay. The air conditioning in our room had an annoying rattle so they moved us to another room.
The restaurant is good and the pool was very nice.
Looking forward to hopefully being able to play a round of Golf on our next visit."
"Everything was wonderful. Only thing was a broken ice machine front counter gave me some ice but it was a sold bock that i had to break up and it wouldn't. Other then that everything was great"
"Pleasantly surprised with our room which had been recently renovated. There was a king bed, desk are, table with two chairs, a dresser and a full kitchenette. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The property looked well taken care of both inside and out."
"If you book here, you must realize that, though this motel offers numerous advantages, it is a locally-owned, somewhat charming wooded property. It is not, however, the Hilton.
The location is ideal—45 minutes from Crater Lake National Park and right next door to a gas station and convenience store (with extremely reasonable prices) which also serves as the check-in desk. Nearby Klamath Falls also offers shopping, restaurants, and a gorgeous lakeside drive.
Check-in was easy, the clerk friendly and informative. A huge shoutout to Vince who manned the front desk the second and third days. When we extended our stay beyond just one night, he was able to accommodate our request to stay in the same room.
The exterior of the property could have used a little sweeping and tidying up. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed firm enough, though the air conditioner was a little loud. The shower was nice and hot. The TV relied on apps, so one could download personal apps then logout from personal accounts before checking out.
We would certainly stay there again. The price was reasonable and the place had a relaxed, quiet vibe."
