The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again

Only complaints are the In room sauna took a long time to heat up and there weren’t a lot of options at the restaurant. Food was average at best. Otherwise it’s a beautiful location. Cant beat the price. Very large spacious rooms.

Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect.

You cannot stay in the deluxe iglu rooms during summer time. There are no curtains nor air conditioning, so it was impossoble to sleep there. When we complained about this to the staff, they just said sorry and that’s it. I’m not gonna go to this hotel in summer time never again.

One reason for booking this hotel was the skybar and the view. So, with a hotel outside centrum with access through gondola that close relative early that skybar are the inhouse essensial for a quiet and relaxing evening. So when they close the skybar for private event 2nights in a raw, but do not tell us about that when we arrive. That's bad service (for not telling) and stupid sort of ruined our entire plan for our first evening there. No drinks, no long relaxing evening. Just nothing. We will for sure never return to this hotel.

Très bel établissement, vaste et confortable. Nous disposions d’une chambre supérieure avec lits jumeaux. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec une douche dans laquelle on peut se mouvoir. Petits bémols : La température dans les chambres est un peu élevée et ne peut être réglée. Par ailleurs, pour un hôtel de ce standing, on s’attend à disposer de petits plus tels que pantoufles et shampoing. La nourriture servie au restaurant est bonne mais le choix limité surtout pour les végétariens. En revanche, le buffet est à éviter. Il y a très peu de choix et les plats sont peu élaborés. Gros coup de coeur : le buffet du petit déjeuner, abondant et appétissant à souhait. Rien de tel pour démarrer une longue journée. Bon à savoir : si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé, vous pouvez vous rendre à Levi en empruntant un escalier au milieu des bois. Il faut compter 20 à 25 minutes (attention les marches sont parfois glissantes et la remontée est sportive). Autre option : l’Express Gondola (télécabine au pied de l’hôtel). Moyennant 9,5 euros/jour les allers-retours sont illimités. Les trajets sont gratuits de 19h à 23h. En résumé, les qualités de l’hôtel Panorama compensent amplement ses petits défauts. Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !
